In 1994, Award Winning Make-up Artist Scott Ramp had an Unusual Idea, something that had never been done before. You see, Halloween enthusiasts were Clamoring for something "more". The average consumer wanted to create the make-up effects then only seen on Hollywood sets and studios. Scott's experience in the Hollywood makeup industry, the Halloween industry and Scott's then 14 years as a college level make-up effects instructor was the perfect match of skills to make this happen. He was told "It's too much work!" and "Its never been done..". Luckily, that did not deter our faithful leader.
